Lying in a very historical district, near our hotel you will have the chance to visit: the Sainte Chapelle, built in the second half of the 13th century by King Louis IX, the future Saint Louis, to house the relics of the Passion of Christ, and is decorated with a collection of fifteen stained glass windows and a large rose window, which form walls of light. It is recognised as being a jewel of the French Gothic style; Notre-Dame Cathedral, lying on Ile de la Cité, a Gothic masterpiece with its magnificent stained glass windows, and its 29 chapels built around the central knave; the Conciergerie, which, along with the Sainte-Chapelle, is one of the remains of the oldest royal palace in Paris, the Palais de la Cité, turned into a prison in the 15th century. It was the home of the Roman and then the Capetian rulers, such as Philippe le Bel, who commissioned its building at the start of the 14th century to symbolise his power. It is said to have been one of the most beautiful buildings in the Middle Ages.

From Gare du Nord: take RER B towards Robinson-St Rémy les-Chevreuse and descend at St Michel-Notre Dame.

From Gare de l'Est: take metro line 4 towards Porte d’Orléans and descend at Saint-Michel.

From Gare d'Austerlitz: take RER C towards Versailles and descend at Saint-Michel/Notre-Dame.

From Gare Montparnasse: take metro line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt and descend at St Michel.

From Gare de Lyon: walk to Gare d'Austerlitz and take metro line 10 towards Boulogne-Pont de St Cloud and descend at Cluny La Sorbonne. You are a few minutes walk from the hotel.

From Gare St Lazare: take metro line 14 towards Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, change at Châtelet and take line 4 towards Porte d'Orléans and descend at St Michel.
